Last year, Ludo and I made a trip by car from the south of France to Dublin, Ireland and back, more than 3000km in total. The map here, more or less shows the route (we took a boat from Cherbourg, France to Ireland so didn't drive through England).
View Larger Map While waiting for the boat I roamed around the port a little. Mostly cold constructions, but I found a few nice elements.
The little village where we spent this last winter lit up by bright light of the full moon. The moon was too high up to include it in the shot. I can publish it separately:)
Our friend Fabien and his friend and colleague Julien who are working at a 14th century restoration site in Montagnac. Fabian is really passionate about stone. Julien is working towards mastery in stone shaping. We were quite impressed by their enormous work. A year and a half into the project and 3 and a half floors restored to original appearance. Too bad the light was already gone and I couldn't take more photos.
